Boilerplate
Outrep tells you what to lift today, and logs it from your wrist. Outrep is a workout tracker for Android, Wear OS, iPhone and Apple Watch built around a progression engine: before every exercise it reads your last sessions and sets today’s target, add 2.5 kg, add a rep, hold, or deload, with a one-sentence reason. Sets log in a tap on the phone or from the wrist, with a rest timer that fires with the screen off. History, 344 exercises, 8 programs, import from Hevy and Strong and CSV or JSON export are free forever; Outrep Pro adds the engine on every exercise, per-muscle volume, e1RM by rep range and the full program library. No ads, no tracking, no account required.

Danger
The plate colours carry meaning, so nothing else is coloured: blue is the target, yellow is a new number, green is logged. Red is the 25 kg plate in the loaded-bar drawing only. Every pair clears WCAG AA; the measured ratios are in the app’s accessibility notes.
Type
Archivo for everything: words at width 100, numbers at width 75 in weight 700 with tabular figures — one voice, pulled in when it has to hold a big number. It is under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and is bundled in the app and on this site.
